PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

REMOTE WATER SOURCING FOR HIGH SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION

Hydrus successfully sourced a remote water supply to provide groundwater during the construction of a high school in Comal County, Texas. Water sourcing evolved into a turnkey management and operation package for up to .5-MGD. The project was operational spanning 2 years with zero interruptions in water delivery.

BULK WATER SOURCING FOR BOTTLED WATER PRODUCTION FACILITY

Hydrus worked directly with a large bottled water manufacturer to source bulk water supplies to be used in production. These waters were sourced with a goal of minimizing total trucking distance from source to plant, and successfully allowed for a 65% reduction in overall trucking expense and total carbon footprint.

IRRIGATION SUPPLY AND REMOTE MONITORING OF GRID CONSTRUCTION

Hydrus designed, operated and remotely monitored an off-grid irrigation installation for a new commercial construction that included multiple sports fields. Irrigation volumes per day were in excess of .2-MGD operated 24/7 with zero interruptions. All volumes were remotely monitored via telemetry.

EMERGENCY BOTTLED WATER DISTRIBUTION IN
TEXAS ICE STORM

During the recent Texas Ice Storm, Hydrus worked hand in hand with local governments to provide bottled water as disaster relief. Hydrus leveraged it's industry partners to procure bottled water in full truck load orders, that was then distributed to the local residents via free pickup locations throughout the city.

WASTE WATER BLENDING AND DISPERSION FOR MAJOR OIL & GAS CO.

Hydrus worked to design an wastewater treatment and dispersion system for a major oil and gas field office. The system blended out of compliance waste with non-potable groundwater to bring total waste quality into compliance via an automated blending system. The waste was then used for irrigation on site.

SPRING WATER STUDY TO MODEL SPATIAL WATER QUALITY CHANGES

Hydrus mapped and modeled all recorded Texas springs and associated water quality via an internally developed algorithm, created specifically for the the project. This algorithm connected springs with known quality to springs of unknown quality so that changes could be visualized through a specific region.
